Our team has decades of experience in the construction and facilities industries, and we aim to be a trusted partner. As an extension of our clients’ construction and facilities teams, our relationship extends far beyond each individual project.

Our Founders
Aaron Grondin
Aaron brings unparalleled industry knowledge to BuildPoint. Over the last 20 years, Aaron has been instrumental in the launching of the hugely successful Roosters Salons’ franchise. His extensive experience as a former franchise owner and previous head of construction is a cornerstone of BuildPoint’s success. He actively contributes to franchise events and panels as an industry thought leader, ensuring he is up-to-date with industry trends, and attained his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association.
Jim Boushee
Jim leads every aspect of BuildPoint’s operations, overseeing the team’s Construction and Facilities Maintenance divisions. Jim has over 27 years of experience in the retail construction and facilities industry, including being Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Together with Aaron, he is responsible for the vision, performance and strategic growth of each arm of BuildPoint Solutions Group.
