Contractors face new challenges in recent years due to economic and supply chain changes. Materials that were once plentiful have become scarce in some regions. While constructing an Ivybrook Academy preschool for a franchise client in Pennsylvania, the general contractor struggled to locate a wood door locally that met the job requirements. With a deadline approaching, finding a solution was critical.
Our project manager stepped in and contacted door manufacturers across the country. After many calls and negotiations, we secured a door that met the job scope and would be delivered on time for the school to open.
